Terms of Service

BitPredict is a free-to-play, social prediction game. You publicly call whether crypto assets will go up or down over set timeframes, build a verifiable track record, and compete on accuracy leaderboards. Predictions never involve your money: there is nothing to stake, deposit, or withdraw, no wagering, and no trading. BitPredict may award sponsored prizes to top performers under the Weekly Rewards program described below: prizes are funded by BitPredict, never by users. Optional paid plans unlock extra features but never affect how predictions are scored or how rewards are decided.

Nothing on BitPredict is financial, investment, or trading advice. Predictions, leaderboards, sentiment, and analytics are for entertainment and informational purposes only. Crypto markets are volatile. Always do your own research and never make decisions based solely on content you see here.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use BitPredict. You may not use the service where doing so is prohibited by law.

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple or fake accounts to manipulate rankings or sentiment.
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform data except via an official API where offered.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Harass other users or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Predictions are timestamped when you submit them, cannot be edited or deleted after the fact, and settle automatically against market data when their timeframe ends. Rankings, accuracy, and analytics are provided on an "as is" basis and may rely on third-party market data we do not control.

BitPredict runs a weekly rewards program that awards sponsored prizes, paid in USDT, from a public prize-pool wallet to top-performing predictors. Entry is automatic and free: making predictions is entering. You never stake, deposit, or pay anything to participate, and no purchase or payment improves your chances of winning.

To be eligible to receive a prize, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a verified email address.
• Have an account at least 14 days old at the weekly close.
• Have two-factor authentication enabled.
• Have designated a payout wallet from your verified sign-in wallets.
• Hold only one account: one account per person.

Each weekly close is followed by a review hold of at least 48 hours before payouts are sent. We screen winners for fraud and multi-account abuse, and we may disqualify entries, withhold prizes, or reclaim payouts from accounts that violate these terms or manipulate results, including by using multiple or coordinated accounts.

Prizes are paid as public on-chain USDT transactions to your designated payout wallet. On-chain transfers are irreversible, may incur network transaction fees, and are subject to blockchain network conditions we do not control. Make sure your designated payout wallet is correct and remains in your control. The size of the prize pool is not guaranteed: the pool is whatever the public pool wallet holds at the time, and category amounts vary accordingly. Prizes that cannot be paid (for example, because no eligible payout wallet is designated) expire and return to the pool 30 days after the relevant weekly close.

You are responsible for any taxes on prizes you receive. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program (in whole or in part) at any time; changes do not affect prizes already paid. The program is void where prohibited by law.

Pro and Elite are optional subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Each is offered on two billing cycles: Pro at $9/month or $90/year, and Elite at $29/month or $290/year. The yearly price is charged in full at the start of each twelve-month term. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of every billing cycle (monthly plans monthly, yearly plans yearly) until you cancel. Pricing and included features are shown at checkout; prices may change, and we will give you notice before a new price applies to a future billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal: it does not end the cycle you have already paid for, and it is not a refund. On a monthly plan you keep paid access to the end of the current month; on a yearly plan you keep paid access to the end of the paid twelve-month term. In both cases you will not be charged again.

Switching between monthly and yearly, or between Pro and Elite, is done in the billing portal so the change applies to your existing subscription. Buying again from the pricing page instead starts a second, separate subscription that is billed on top of the first.

Founding Member is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it never renews and there is nothing to cancel. A single payment grants lifetime access to every Pro feature, plus a founding badge on your profile and leaderboard entries, for as long as the service operates.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Refunds are handled case-by-case: contact us at hello@bitpredict.io and we'll review your request. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the paid access it purchased is revoked.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of market data or rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitPredict is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using BitPredict at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the integrity of the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
