Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, username, and any profile information or avatar you choose to add.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, a unique account identifier; if you connect a wallet, your public wallet address (used only to verify it's you).
• Predictions & activity: the calls you make, their timestamps, and outcomes. These are public by design.
• Usage data: device, browser, and interaction analytics that help us understand and improve the product.
• Payment information: if you buy a paid plan, Stripe processes the payment and we receive transaction records (what you bought, when, and the amount) along with your subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
• Rewards payout details: if you win weekly rewards, the payout wallet address you designate and your payout history (amounts, dates, and on-chain transaction IDs).

• Operate the service: record predictions, calculate accuracy, and rank predictors.
• Keep accounts secure and prevent abuse or manipulation of rankings.
• Communicate with you about your account and important updates.
• Send you service and marketing emails: if you have a BitPredict account, we may email you about your activity and results (for example settlement outcomes, streaks, and rankings), tips to get more from BitPredict, and, if you have subscribed to a paid plan, offers related to your subscription. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage individual email types anytime in your notification settings. Opting out of marketing email does not affect essential account, security, or billing messages.
• Measure and improve performance, content, and features.

BitPredict is a transparency-first product. Your username, predictions, accuracy, streaks, and leaderboard position are visible to others. Do not include sensitive personal information in your username or profile.

If you connect a crypto wallet, we use your public address solely to authenticate you with a signature. We never request transactions, token approvals, or access to your funds, and we cannot move assets from your wallet.

If you win weekly rewards, we send USDT to the payout address you designate from your verified sign-in wallets. That is an outbound transfer from BitPredict's prize-pool wallet, never a transaction from yours. To run the rewards program, we store your designated payout address and your payout history (amounts, dates, and on-chain transaction IDs); note that on-chain payouts are publicly visible on the blockchain by design.

Paid plans are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy. BitPredict never stores card numbers. We retain transaction records (what was purchased, when, and the amount) so we can show your billing history, provide support, and handle refunds.

If you cancel a paid plan, we may keep the reason and any feedback you share during cancellation so we can improve the product and tailor any follow-up communication. We retain this feedback for up to 24 months and delete it if you delete your account.

We use cookies and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run BitPredict (such as hosting, email delivery via Resend, analytics, and payment processing via Stripe), or where required by law.

You can access, update, or delete your account information, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@bitpredict.io.

BitPredict is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
